What this service records to operate, measure, and secure its API.
agdata does not use advertising or analytics cookies. The service sets no cookies. It records first-party request telemetry for operations: time, request kind, route, method, status, latency, outcome and a short reason code, plus a bounded User-Agent string and its broad class.
The client address is not stored as an IP address in telemetry. It is transformed with a keyed HMAC into a pseudonymous identifier that is comparable during one UTC day and changes on the next day. The secret salt is kept separately from the telemetry database. Telemetry is retained for 180 days by default and then pruned; deployments may configure a different retention period or disable telemetry.
Telemetry does not store request bodies, fetched URLs, query strings, arbitrary headers, or error text. When a payment is verified, operational records can include the payer wallet, payment network and amount. Payment ledger and delivery records are separate from telemetry and follow their operational retention rules; some successful scrape results are retained for service delivery or archive purposes as described in the product documentation.
We use these records to deliver calls, prevent abuse, diagnose failures, reconcile payment and maintain the service. To ask about data associated with a request, contact agdata@shveik.dev with the approximate UTC time and route. Avoid sending credentials or unnecessary personal information.
